The Lantern, White 11oz Ceramic Mug

Gently mock the slowest thinker you know with The Lantern white mug.

Soft ceramic for people who are not very bright.

A lantern should be bright. The joke here is that some people are not, and this design delivers that verdict with a perfectly straight face. It is an old-school British insult disguised as a harmless object. Calling someone "not the brightest lantern" is classic British understatement, and the design drops the subtle part for a quicker laugh.

Ideal for teasing a best friend, a sibling or a workmate who is always last to get the joke. Pass it round the office and see who claims it. Present it with a straight face at a birthday and watch the recipient work out the joke, which may take a moment if the mug is accurate.
