Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with RkDesignCompany. This policy explains how and when your order is made and delivered.

Made to order

Nearly every product is printed to order by our print-on-demand partner, which routes most orders to a print partner in or near the destination country. Production typically takes 1–3 working days. Orders are not produced or dispatched at weekends or on bank holidays.

Delivery times

Once your order has been produced it is handed to a courier. As a guide:

  • United Kingdom: most orders arrive within 3–6 working days of ordering.
  • Ireland, EU, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: typically 4–8 working days of ordering, depending on destination.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas (for example the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands), peak periods and courier delays can add time. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel.

Delivery rates

  • United Kingdom: £3.99 on orders up to £29.99, free on orders of £30 or more.
  • United States: £4.99 on orders up to £29.99, free on orders of £30 or more.
  • EU incl. Ireland (excluding Denmark): £4.99 on orders up to £29.99, free on orders of £30 or more.
  • Denmark: £6.49 on orders up to £29.99, free on orders of £30 or more.
  • Canada: £5.49 on orders up to £29.99, free on orders of £30 or more.
  • Australia: £5.99 on orders up to £44.99, free on orders of £45 or more.
  • New Zealand: £7.49 on orders up to £54.99, free on orders of £55 or more.

Rates and thresholds are set in pounds sterling and are shown converted into your local currency at checkout, so the exact local amount can vary with exchange rates. The final delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay. Art prints may use a separate delivery rate, which is shown at checkout.

Christmas orders

For delivery before Christmas, please check the last order dates on our Delivery & Production Times page before ordering. Production and courier times are longer in December, so please order early.

Tracking your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can also see your order status by signing in to your account and opening Orders.

Customs, duties and taxes

Our prices include taxes where they apply to your order. Because orders are normally printed in or near the destination country, customs charges are not usually expected. If an order has to be sent across a customs border, import duties or charges may occasionally apply; if that happens, contact us and we will help.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please email a photo to Therkdesigncompany@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please keep the packaging until your claim is resolved.
