Thank you for visiting and shopping at RebelsKage. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends. All of our products are made to order and will be made at a printing company local to you to keep shipping times as low as possible.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delays in delivery can occur, please understand we are doing our best to get your product to you as soon as possible. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RkDesignCompany is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

In the event that your product arrives damaged, please take photos (of the damaged product!) and send them through to us at RebelsKage@gmail.com and we will send a replacement.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
