Good Employee White 11oz Ceramic Mug

Good Employee is a desk label said with varying sincerity.

Good employee. Said with varying levels of sincerity depending on the day.

11oz ceramic for desks that need the label.

Depending on the day, the slogan reads as genuine praise or pure sarcasm. That ambiguity is the fun of it. The ambiguity means the owner can claim it is sincere on review day and ironic at every other time. Appraisal season brings out the irony in this one beautifully.

For employee-of-the-month winners, new starters and colleagues who survived another performance review. It is a fun gift for new starters, interns or anyone who has just passed probation, and a jokey reward for hitting targets. Pin a gold star next to it for extra irony.
