How do I track my order?
We email you an order confirmation straight away and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched. You can also sign in to your account and open Orders to check its status at any time.
How long will my order take?
Everything is printed to order. Production typically takes 1–3 working days, and most UK orders arrive within 3–6 working days of ordering (international orders typically 4–8 working days). Full details are on our Delivery & Production Times page.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £3.99, or free on orders of £30 or more. We also offer free delivery to the US, Ireland, the EU and Canada on orders of £30 or more, Australia on £45 or more and New Zealand on £55 or more. See the Shipping policy for all rates.
Do you have any offers?
Yes: any 3 mugs for £33. Add three or more mugs to your basket and £0.99 comes off each mug automatically, so there is no code to enter. Combined with free UK delivery on orders of £30 or more, three mugs come to £33 delivered in the UK. Browse the Mugs collection.
When do I need to order for Christmas?
For UK mainland standard delivery, we recommend ordering by Monday 14 December 2026. For the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, the EU, the US and Canada, order by Monday 7 December 2026. Everything is printed to order, so the earlier the better. Will I have to pay customs charges?
Our prices include taxes where they apply. Orders are normally printed in or near the destination country, so customs charges are not usually expected.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email a photo to Therkdesigncompany@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we will sort out a replacement or refund. See our Refund policy.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, if it is unused and in its original condition. Full details are in our Refund policy.
How do I pay?
Add items to your basket and go to checkout. The payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout.
