Delivery & Production Times

Everything at RkDesignCompany is printed to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. Here is how long it takes.

1. Production: typically 1–3 working days

Once you order, your mug, t-shirt or art print is sent to our print-on-demand partner, Gelato, which normally prints it at a partner in or near your country. Production does not run at weekends or on bank holidays.

2. Delivery after production

  • United Kingdom: most orders arrive within 3–6 working days of ordering.
  • Ireland, EU, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: typically 4–8 working days of ordering.

These are guides rather than guarantees. Remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands can take longer, and orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery charges and free delivery

  • UK: £3.99, or free on orders of £30 or more
  • US, EU incl. Ireland and Canada: £4.99 (Canada £5.49), free on orders of £30 or more
  • Denmark: £6.49, free on orders of £30 or more
  • Australia: £5.99, free on orders of £45 or more
  • New Zealand: £7.49, free on orders of £55 or more

Christmas 2026: last recommended order dates

December is the busiest time for printers and couriers, so production and delivery take longer. To give your gifts the best chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend ordering by:

  • UK mainland (standard delivery): Monday 14 December 2026
  • Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands: Monday 7 December 2026
  • Ireland, EU, US and Canada: Monday 7 December 2026
  • Australia and New Zealand: as early as possible, ideally by the end of November

These dates are deliberately cautious. Our print partner, Gelato, hasn't confirmed its 2026 holiday cut-offs yet. Last year its last UK order dates for standard delivery of mugs and t-shirts were 17 December. We'll update this page if the 2026 dates change. Orders placed after these dates will still be printed and sent, but we can't promise they'll arrive by Christmas Day.

You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. You can also sign in to your account and open Orders to see its status.
