£50 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is THERKDESIGNCOMPANY LIMITED (company no. SC846560), Technology House, 9 Newton Place, Glasgow G3 7PR, trading as RkDesignCompany.
  2. The giveaway opens at 00:01 on 1 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 November 2026, UK time. Entries outside these times won't count.
  3. It's open to UK residents aged 18 and over. RkDesignCompany staff and their families can't enter.
  4. No purchase is necessary. You can enter by:
    1. liking and commenting on the official giveaway post on the RKDesignCompany Facebook Page, tagging someone who needs to up their mug game and sharing your worst bit of life advice, which gives you one entry;
    2. doing the same on the official giveaway post on @rkdesigncompany on Instagram, which gives you one entry, and following @rkdesigncompany gives you one bonus entry;
    3. signing up to our email list at rkdesigncompany.com, which gives you one entry;
    4. placing any order at rkdesigncompany.com between 1 and 30 November 2026, which gives you one entry.
    A purchase doesn't improve your chances over the free ways to enter.
  5. Each person can get one entry for each way of entering. Duplicate, automated or bulk entries won't count.
  6. The prize is one £50 RkDesignCompany gift card for use at rkdesigncompany.com. There's no cash alternative and the prize can't be transferred.
  7. One winner will be picked at random from all valid entries on or around 1 December 2026.
  8. We'll contact the winner by email or direct message. If they don't reply within 7 days, we'll draw another winner.
  9. We'll announce the winner's first name or social handle on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
  10. We'll only use entrants' details to run this giveaway. Anyone who enters by email sign-up also joins our mailing list, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  11. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
  12. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
